The powerful Lincat Opus 800 commercial gas salamander grill is designed to heat quickly. It is mighty, highly efficient ceramic plaque burners rapidly heat up, while the one or three independently controlled heat zones in the case of Model OG8302 offer maximum versatility. Ideal for cafes, pubs, and restaurants, the powerful, sturdy grill is GN 1/1 compatible and includes four shelf positions with horizontal or angled settings.
