The unit captures the solid waste into a lidded bin for further onward processing while dispensing the grey water directly into the drainage system. The flexibility of IMC WastePro Dewaterer provides a cost-effective system for commercial and institutional kitchens. Connected to a suitable existing IMC, or alternative brand, waste disposer in either a standalone or trough configuration, WastePro II removes excess liquid from macerated food waste through centrifugal action, reducing the volume of waste by up to 80%.
